Epsom salts

Hi Steph,

Epsom salts are magnesium sulphate. It helps bathing in the stuff

also. If you get a skin reaction, back the amount down and keep at it.

If you shower, plug the drain and dump some in the water you're standing

in. It's a good way to get more magnesium and the sulphate also helps

feed the detox system. And it's really cheap.

For gut motility, we've done well with Swiss Kriss, chew it up, if you

can tolerate doing it. And, surprisingly, liquid b vitamins have been

reliable!? Hold it in the mouth for maximum absorption. Another taste

challenge. So that makes gut motility problems a nerve issue? My

husband came out of the hospital with gut motility issues he didn't have

before so we've been trying to find the least toxic, cheapest, most

effective way to reset this.
