ozone water and chills

HI Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone here has had the same experience as I. First

thing in the morning I drink a qt of ozonated water. Shortly after

drinking it (usually 15 ninutes or so) I get the chills and very cold.

It lasts about half hour and then it subsides. I get so cold that my

hands get really cold, my nose, feet etc. and no matter how many

blankets I put on I am still cold. I have Lyme and other infections and

I do wonder whether all this has anything to do with it. When I drink

my second qt of ozonated water in the afternoon I do not have the same

experience. Puzzled.

Thanks

cathy

, it might be something as simple as the water being too cold for

you first thing in the morning? A quart of cold water in one shot

would put me into a coma LOL. I have that same problem at night if I

drink cold water. I drink a cup at a time. The ozone itself seems to

have no effect on me but I can only speak for myself. You might try

waiting for 15 minutes after drinking the ozone water and then drink a

cup of hot water as hot as you can stand it. I often take one of

those grape juice bottles and fill it with super hot water and just

cuddle up to it under a quilt. That will warm you up faster than

anything else you can do. I am ALWAYS too cold except in the mid.

summer when we have 98 degrees, then I am suffering from the heat. It

seems that sick people don't have good body thermostats. Maybe Saul

has an explanation for that as well?
