9 year old Daughter Aspbeger's syndrome Ohio

Can someone tell me what the laws are for Ohio? My school isnot working

with me they are tap dancing around the issue started last year before

school year and still no IEP. I am going to pay 150.00 out of my pocket

becasue buckeye will not cover anything related to asperbers or autism?

I think it is a crime what is going on in our schools. Yeah she has

high functioning autism and could be gifted but she will not take a

bath brush her teeth can not function I have to tell her how to do

everything have to be organized all the time. its exausting. I am going

to an Autism support seminar on Monday with a group called OASIS. I

have no time to lose. I need answers the school is no hurry she starts

fifth grade next year and is not ready socially. Help..
