Guest guest
After several docs and various tests from blood work to MRI,' xrays, etc., were unable to determine the cause of my knee, hip, lower back pain, they sent to a pain control clinic. They first put me on a pred. 4mg (week long taper), and ALL my pain was gone! All, even the minor stuff in my hands, feet, etc., that I never complained about. That's the good news...the bad news was that I became very irritable and agitated, ready to bite everyone's head off. I also became restless, nervous. After the last day's dose, the pain returned in a few days. Then 2 weeks ago, the pain doc did an epidural on my around L4/L5. My pain was reduced by 80% almost overnight. I don't know how long this will last, but I'll make the most of it while I can (I'm going to Jamaica in a few weeks!). My question is; can I have your comments on epidurals? What is the good, the bad, the ugly? If possible, please email direct at: aKansasGuy2002@...
