where to get started? Information?

I am lacking a true diagnosis for my almsot 3 yr old son Xander. I met

with the developmental specialist.. then was referred to a psychiatrist

only to have a horrible family emergency and end up moving 6000 miles (

i was living in hawaii ) so i missed out on those appts. im sort of

at loss here. we were military.. but transitioning out .. its been 8

years how does this work? can i just get ahold of early intervention or

do i need to see a psychaitrist first???
