What is a reasonable amount of time for tv computer games ect.?

Hi i am tring realy hard to make a schedul for my daughter that has

mild autism and it is very hard because all she wants to do is watch tv

all day long she dose go to school m-f 7 to 10:30 but i have the rest

of the day she has to watch dora when she gets home or the whole day

is a screeming fit and also what are some other things to add to her

schedual and do i make it very detailed thanks for all the help
