Guest guest
I just recently discovered that I'm an Aspie -- it sure explained a lot! Even though I got through college and got a job, I never really felt that I was part of the world around me, never really felt as though I had actually grown up. I never developed a network of friends, and although I'm very straight and very affectionate, I never really had a lasting relationship with a girl. Now that I've discovered WHY I feel this way, life is beginning to make more sense. Coincidentally, I finally met another Aspie . . . and I can only describe the feeling as one of finally " coming home " . . . of finding another one of " my kind " . . . realizing that I'm really not the " Last Unicorn " ! Other than " Aspie Pride " , my interests include reading (Harry Potter, Dune, most fantasy and sci-fi stuff), movies (sci-fi/fantasy, cartoons, chick flicks), amusement parks (NOT roller coasters!), conversation (I can talk, and listen, all day with someone interesting), arcades, mini-golf, book stores, libraries, parks, animals, and lots more. Anyone interested in friendship can email me at ron18255@.... Thanks!
Guest guest
Welcome, Ron! Isn't it a wondrous feeling to find out there's a reason for the way you are and phew, others like you? > > I just recently discovered that I'm an Aspie -- it sure explained a > lot!
