Hi

I am on enbrel and Methotrexate injections. The enbrel starter kit comes with travel cooler and ice pack as well as travel sharps container. We do most of out travel via car. I have thermo-electric cooler I carry my meds in. We have used one for years when we travel to keep food cold. No more messy ice or drippy icepacks. For airtravel. I carry a small chemical style ice pack with meds. I pack the travel sharps container...mine is called a sharps shuttle in the cooler with meds. I always carry all my meds cause airlines, buses and trains are good for loosing stuff!

As far as beds are concerned. I have had a softsided waterbed for years. Its the one that looks like regular bed but inside contains tubes of water. They are also very easy to breakdown and move. Takes me about 30 minutes to take bed appart and move to another side of bedroom. It also does not require heating. If you like it warm keep the sheets and blanket up. If you prefer it cool keep covers folded back. It has worked well for me for years. I also like the fact that each side of the bed is adjusted differently for each person sleep preferences.
