,There hasn't been an XLStart file in 5-6 years at least.  Just download the 6.6a version from the TLC Artifacter group (of which you are a member, since you bought the artifacting file years ago).  It works with all the most recent versions of Excel (since 2000).

You can download it from TLCArtifacter/files/ (the Assessment Art file has all the 6.6a stuff in it.
