Guest guest
Hi June, Thanks I wasn't sure what to do. How are you feeling? The weather is so hot. I hate summer and can't wait for the cold. Thank You, Lynn (MeMom) ---------- > From: JUNE <juner24@...> > > Subject: [ ] Coping > Date: Thursday, August 09, 2001 3:22 PM > > Hi Lynn,I think the pump is the way to go. Guest guest
Dear , From: Hasenstab I find that if I focus on the symptom, whether it's RA or Sjogren's, and deal with that instead of focusing on the disease as a whole, I'm better able to handle it and get on with my life. If I start thinking, "Oh, it's RA again...." it can become overwhelming. I agree completely! For so many years I was so fearful as a young adult being diagnosed with RA that I ran from my feelings. Today I try not to catastrophize and use many methods to help me cope today such as prayer, online support groups, honesty, open-mindedness, and willingness to want to try and help myself. I'm a work in progress. Best Wishes, Dodie
