We saw Dr. G back in October, and we had my son on a lot of vitamins and

supplements, and he is against using most of those, except for a multi

vitamin. I don't think he agrees with the philosophy behind Pfeiffer Center

or Kirkman's Lab products. We noticed improvements in my son when we got rid

of all that stuff and put him on Dr. G's protocul, so that was awesome!

Hi Lacyanna

I am new to the list too. Just started this week. First a really personal

comment. What a beautiful name Lacyanna. You should call your Mum and thank

her everyday for giving you such a lovely name.

He said " Sure, you may not think there is anything wrong with you right now,

>but you should consider yourself damaged, this way-you will consider the

>surgery sooner " . Oh ..man..it was a bad feeling.

I don't know about bad feeling but it was surely a bad doctor. I have

always found female doctors much more supportive and understanding.

Chair exercises sound like fun. I am going to check out some as well. Also

I love exercising in a pool, not just swimming but walking and aerobics.

Supports nine tenths of your weight so you can do anything.

My mom is 75 and can barely walk. She is scheduled for a hip replacement

next month. She loves water aerobics. It's the only place she can move

comfortably. It has saved her health because she hasn't been able to

exercise any other way. Hopefully after her surgery she'll be able to do

other things again like walking and working in her garden.

Too bad most of us don't have access to reasonably priced water aerobics. I

take the kids to the neighborhood pools in the summer but don't have access

to a pool in the winter. I really wanted to join the YMCA over the holidays

when they had no initiation fee but the monthly fee is just too high for us.

I hope to be at the Tuesday Everett Soup night ... but ... when you say soup

does that mean we are supposed to bring some or we eat it or its a soup

kitchen...hahaha... Not sure what it all means...

I wondered that too about my first dinner, do we all have to eat

soup? At that point I was at the soup stage so that's what I got but

a guy sat across from me with Chinese (and a death wish...hehehehehe)

and it was like any other meal out with new friends.

You don't have to bring anything, you can get your stuff there. If

you're not hungry, come anyway and we'll just sit and chat!

See you Tuesday!

Tina :)

Heidi, we meet in the cafeteria, so you can get whatever you want to

eat. The " Soup Nite " moniker is a reflection of when we're newly banded

and can only have liquids. It just sort of stuck.

See you there!
