, it sounds like you too had quite an adventure. I am jealous that

you live so close to Erie. 70 minutes of taebo is definitely something

to be proud of. That should help motivate you.

Sounds like you guys had a great time! Way to go on finishing the whole

class (and then some)! That is quite an accomplishment and definitely

something to be proud of! I wish I lived closer to a tae-bo studio!

Sounds like you guys had a great time! Way to go on finishing the whole

Oh yeah, and I can FEEL it today!!!I am sore...but the good thing is that it

is a good sore and not a bad sore. I can feel my arms and my thighs and my

abs most!

Mike says that I should take today off and definitly do a workout tomorrow.
