Barb,

Unfortunately, I left my tae-bo Gold with my aunt and I only did it once (a

long time ago) so I don't remember anything specific about it. I remember

thinking it was a great tape for beginners and the music was lots of fun,

but other than that, I can't really tell you much about it. I'll have to

watch my tae-bo Junior again and give you a review of it after I watch it.

I haven't seen my nephew in awhile to see if he's been doing it and Skylar's

a little young yet...hehehe!

who's sorry she wasn't more help :)

I have both the Taebo gold and the Taebo Junior. I really enjoyed both of

them. I received Taebo Gold last week (got for my Mom but I liked it so

much, I'm going to keep it). I did this workout immediately after I did a

basic workout and was amazed that this was for over 40. I thought the moves

would be much easier, but the only difference I found from this tape was the

music is geared for people over 40. A lot of oldies but goodies, which I

love. I can get more specific about what is in each tape but I left my

journal at work. If you have kids they would definitely enjoy Taebo junior.

I did this with my class at school as well as my own kids and everyone had a

blast!

Barb, I will give you my some of my journal entries this weekend when I get a

second to breathe. One of my kids has taken my old journal that had entries

from some of my Taebo TV workouts. If any of you get a chance, can you give

me a quick review of these workouts. There are so many that I can't remember

which ones I liked the best unless I go back and watch them all again.

I need a review of Taebo TV (Direct TV ) Basic #'s 3,5,6 and 8 and Advanced

2, 4, 7, 9 and 10. When anyone gets a chance I would appreciate it.

----who hopes that the child that borrowed her journal for paper for

school remembers not to borrow Mom's things and also remembers where they

left it
