Guest guest
> Also, should I be doing ab workouts at other times other then the > LBW days? Thanks for the help! Greg, I'm in my 3rd week of the challenge, and I just started a new ab routine I saw in the 3/2001 issue of Muscle Media. I do it right after each of my three cardio sessions, and it's a killer! You are really going to feel it. I did it for the 1st time on Monday. Last night I was checking my abs in the mirror after doing the routine for the 2nd time, and I could see separation in my abs for the first time! Peace, Jeff
Guest guest
I also found out that if I ate steamed veggies, instead of raw ones, (on days when I was really hungry) that I felt more full I started steaming broccoli and cauliflower.... I dunno if you like these, but they sure helped me Lettuce salads tend to make me more ravenous ~~ Add all the veggies you want. I am doing my first challenge and so far it's going well; notperfect, but compared to my old lifestyle--excellent. I was doingpretty well on the eating plan, but now I sometimes get really, really hungry!
Guest guest
Isn't that strange, . You would think veggies are veggies but I feel the same way! I wonder why that is. :-) Cristi Re: Hungry newbie-help! Guest guest
So, tell us, Jeff, what do you do for your new ad routine? Is Muscle Media mag on the web so we can check out the program? Abs are where I need help the MOST! After three c-sections my abs are gross. And swimsuit season is fast approaching!! Guest guest
Water! Water! Water! It really helps to give you more of a full feeling as well as gives your mouth something to do. If you want some sweet, use Crystal Light. > I am doing my first challenge and so far it's going well; not > perfect, but compared to my old lifestyle--excellent.
