love your attitude.. when i sort of get on the pitty pot, i remind myself that many dear folk are having it much worse than i, and my compasion for them overwhelms me and i have to be grateful and send out good thoughts to those that are hurting.love.. granny lee

the only best thing that happen to me is.. i am in a warm country with no 4 seasons. No winter ( Thank God) or else I ll be frozen with pains all over my body:). The tot of knowing that I have to rely on predni and any NSAIds to make me move around , is not a very happy tot tho. Although I m in a very minimal dose now on pred ( 5mg) cant go lower than that anyhow, i ve been suffering from osteoporosis as well. But then,we have to go on with our life with or without pain. I have seen a 12 years old girl who is not very responsive due to her ailment while i was on a floow up with my rheumy a cpl of mths ago. she rarely talk and she quit school long before that. My heart actually bled for her. I wish i cud talk to her and tell her that I know how she felt. I was in her shoes before indeed. But she was so irresponsive. she was so quiet and her mom told me that how she wished that her daughter can be like me ...I think I have no prob dealing with my illness but there r some ppl who may have attitude probs and will be very insensitive to ppl like us ( there are lotsa them in my country!). In my hometown, there are ppl who will do double take when they saw me on the street and will stare at my hands and foot as i have grown tentacles on my head:0. Maybe i shud put tis email of mine in anthr diff subject. As usual i have strated jumping from one to anthr subject without being aware of it:) well to Fiona and the newcomers, welcome:))
