Guest guest
Ok I don't know if this ? has already been asked so I apologize but I am going to ask anyways. I recently bought 100% whole wheat pitas at the store. I don't know how many oz they are for sure but the pack says a net weight of 10.6oz and there is 6. I divided it up and it works out to be about 1.75oz. Now I am not sure if this is an accurate way to find out how many ounces they are individually or not? I looked w.w pitas in my calorie counter and it gave a readout for 2oz pitas as follows: 170cals,35carbs,minimal protein and fat. Does this sound ok for part of an authorized meal? Maybe if I only eat half? Or was my scheme for figuring out its nutritional value all wrong? Please let me know what you guys think about pitas. Thank you very much, _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com.
