I get chicken cartilage from my alternative doc. It is called RheumaShield and cost $30 for 30 capsules. They are tiny brown capsules and I take one in morning and one in evening. Some folks just take one a day. It is made by Laboratories and is Undenatured Type II Collagen Supplement. Website mentioned on bottle has www.douglaslabs.com but I have not tried to purchase off site. Doc said you can get same benefit by eating the cartilage off chicken!!

Does chicken cartilage come in pill form? Is it something you get at a health food store?
