Guest guest
Hi Lea, I think the tremors are lyme. I go thru periods when they are bad. It used to be my asthma medicine, but was on the same medicine and no tremors, so he thinks it is lyme, they drive me nuts sometimes. I put my hands in my pockets so no one can see. It is a devil to type sometimes. Oh Well, such is lyme, Hugs, Connie
Guest guest
Dear Rita, Thanks for your info. I'm a bit behind on these e-mails. Dr. B. said he wasn't concerned about my elevated liver enzymes because they weren't that high. I don't like anything abnormal, but I went along with what he said. I made an appt to go back this Monday, the 26th, because I'm getting worse and I need treatment for the Babesiosis. I'm going to look for your brand of acidophilus--you said it was Nature's Way? Guest guest
Hi Eileen, I take Nature's Way Primadophilus and Nature's Way Primadophilus Bifidus. I take the powder out of the capsules and let it dissolve in my mouth. It's best to have a lot of saliva in your mouth before taking all that very dry powder. Guest guest
Per the recommendation of my pediatrician (whom I believe obtained the idea from a pediatric gastroenterologist in L.A.), I have put my almost-3-year-old son (with developmental delays and possible PDD- NOS) on OTC primadophilus. From what I understand, it " is designed to deliver helpful bacteria (microorganism strains that are essential to maintaining healthy intestinal flora) to the gut " . How might this differ from the anti-fungal medications like Diflucan, Nizoral, Nystatin etc... Is it preventive only? Thanks in advance for any information. Guest guest
From what I understand, the acidophilus will add " good " yeast bacteria and the anti-fungals remove/devrease the " bad " yeast.
