Guest guest
Here's my letter to Time Magazine. Dear Sir, I live in Singapore and I would like to congratulate you on your May 6 U.S. edition cover story on Autism. Autism is a major global issue and a growing epidemic. Sadly, your May 6 cover story in the Asian edition was " Yoda Strikes Back! An exclusive guide to the new Star Wars movie. " It is a real shame that your Asian audience is not able to read about the tragedy of autism - a rapidly escalating disease which affects millions of people. Please, let's put Yoda where he belongs....in People magazine rather than on the front cover of Time. Surely you have more newsworthy issues to cover? By the way, my six year old son was diagnosed as having autism. A leading doctor in California has been treating his immune system for the past two years and he is doing very well. He is on the road to recovery. Your U.S. edition has identified one of the biggest stories impacting mankind. Unfortunately you missed the immune connection and I urge you to look into this further. Time magazine has the opportunity to make the immune/autism link public knowledge and change the world. But at the very least, let's skip Yoda. He doesn't add to your credibility. Guest guest
send your letter to Time Magazine direct to: letters@... You will get a reply. Stefanie Re: Time Magazine Hi Everyone, We started seeing Dr. Goldberg in February and I have seen dramatic improvement in my son Tyler. I too sent a letter to Time Magazine pretty much saying the same things most of you have said. I sent it through the FEAT newsletter email. I hope they got it. I did not receive a response. I have been reading this list since February and it is sure encouraging. I'm using the reply button to respond. I hope this works. I've never been quite sure how to reply. I can't ever get my password from and I have forgotten it. I pray for Dr. Goldberg, what a wonderful man! I worry though that he is the only one. I don't see how he can possibly help everyone. I know though sometimes not everyone believes it. We started a autism support group in our little community here last week. I told all of the mothers there and some wrote down his number and email address. I think others think I am deluding myself. I can't imagine not trying to get every possible help for your child, even if it only brings 5% improvement. You cant let them regress. Oh well, I guess I just need to show them as Tyler gets better and better. Anyway, thanks for the encouraging words. It would be nice to hear from some of the other parents who have been with Dr. Goldberg for a long time. I'm sure there must be more. Maybe they just get on with their lives heh?
