Guest guest
Here is my response letter. Hope it sounds okay. (Don't tell me if it doesn't because I've already sent it.):-0 Dear Editors: Thanks for making autism the cover story in your May 6th edition. It brings much needed attention to a very difficult disorder. However, your article missed a very important piece of the autism puzzle--the immune connection. Autism happened to my family when my son was 2 years and 6 months. Two and a half years old is rather late for autism to develop according to most doctors. When I first heard about a connection between autism and the immune system from a Dr. J. Goldberg in Tarzana, California, I realized that my son fit that profile perfectly. The evidence in this connection points to promising treatment and possibly even a cure for children who have been virtually written off by the medical establishment. I urge you to contact Dr. Goldberg and the Neuro Immune Dysfunction () board to help children like my son get the happy ending they so deserve! Sincerely, J.
