Guest guest
Hello. I'm new here and hope I can get some info. I have been seeing an ortho doc for about 7 years for pain in my hands and wrists. He has hinted at RA, but won't confirm the dx. I have seen a rheumy, who did nothing for me but slap me on some celebrex and that's it. I have basically been dealing with the daily aches and pains up until the last 6 months or so. My pain is mainly right sided (knee, ankle) severe in my wrist. Ortho doc has done an MRI which showed a lot of fluid between all the bones in my wrist. My sed rate was elevated (68) but the rheumatiod factor is still negative. I am at a breaking point. I am only 34, have two children, a great job, and in otherwise great health. I have always been a very upbeat, active person, but I have been VERY down, and VERY tired. I don't know what to do now. I have another appointment this Friday with the ortho doc (he did the same blood tests again.). If anyone has any advise I could really use it. Thank you so much.
