Thanks for your responses. I guess I won't push the RA angle when I

see this new Orthopedic Specialist today.

So far the docs are assuming it is from pregnancy and carrying a

toddler. However I always did carry her with my left arm but it is

my right elbow that hurts. Also, for the past 5 months I have

completely tried to avoid using the right arm yet the pain groes

worse???? I'm not too hopeful that today's appointment will bring

much good but I am sure most of the people who post here have that

same dilemma.

I have psoriatic arthritis and tendonitis can be a part of it. Your symtoms and progression sound like what has happened to me. You don't have to have the skin psoriasis to have psoriatic arthritis. My strange skin problems were not diagnosed for several years. What was thought to be fibromyalgia and possible RA, turned into psoriatic arhritis. I would read up on it and ask the questions. All arthritis is not the same and all is not RA. You can eventually have both. I was also labeled with tendonitis and bursitis years ago. It has seemed to all go together for me.
