Guest guest
Hi, I'm Kim. I have a 4 year old daughter who was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome at the age of two. I also have a 3 year old daughter who has been diagnosed with PDD. I am completely overwhelmed with this disorder. After doing much research, I have found out that other close family members also have forms of this disorder including my youngest brother who has High Functioning Autism. I have come to believe that everyone in my immediate family, with the exception of my mother and sister, has a form of this disorder accompanied by serious, sometimes life-threatening allergies, colon problems, and " Unknown " disorders. At the moment my immediate concern is my youngest child. She has a mild form of PDD and because of this it's been much harder to get her any help. I was wondering if anyone knows if this disease has a dominant genetic component and if the protocol would work for those with moderate cases? I appreciate any replies. Thanks. Kim.
