Just a sample. All with tons of water too.

7:00am Myoplex Shake (after weight training)

or

Oatmeal 1/2 cup

1/2 can of Tuna or 2-3 egg whites)

(not mixed together) - On aerobic days

9:30: I switch this around so I would have a shake here on aerobic

days and breakfast at 7:00am

12:15 Small turkey burger, white potato, mixed veggies

2:30 Time for another shake

4:45 2 hb egg whites and an apple

7:00pm piece of salmon, brwn rice, more veggies

Hi Sara,

I saw your posting of what your typical daily menu is, and it is

very similar to what I eat. I was wondering how long have you been doing

the challenge and how it has been going for you. My results seem to be

coming slowly.
