Guest guest
You know, you never know how bad your habits are until you try to change them. I'm in my pre-challenge phase. I want to drop some weight before the "big one"! I will say this, though, it's hard sometimes. I had to drag my behind out of bed this morning and kill myself with Tae Bo. Someone please relay to Blanks that I can't get my leg to go any higher than that! But I do feel better. We'll see if I still feel that way later today. Sorry for the ramble, but I've seen a lot of folks talking about lack of motivation lately. You're not alone. This is HARD for me. 32 years as a couch potato doesn't go away in a week, or even a month. Take your transformation 1 day at a time, and soon, you'll be there. Guest guest
That is the pre-challenge. I am full out on the BFL program. By pre-challenge, I simply mean I am starting the "official" challenge in April. I am following the program already. Re: I'm dyin' here! What's with the pre-challenge phase? Just do it. Get started now that way when your official date starts you are ahead of the game! What have you got to lose? A few inches here, a few inches there, and some fat. Go for it!
