There is a wealth of info. on the Web from reputable, non-commercial

sources about the benefits of fish oil for RA. I've taken one gram of

it a day and try to eat salmon once a week, but after doing some

research last night, I realized that I'm not taking enough to get the

benefits. I'm planning to increase my intake to 3 grams a day, still

a low dose. I'd be interested in hearing if others are on fish oil,

how much, what kind, results seen, etc. Thanks!
