Where are my car keys?! Seriously, someone I trust (my acupuncturist) recommended shark cartilige to me and I bought a bottle. When I opened it, I was hit by an awful odor of rotting fish. I checked the expiration date, and sure enough, the stuff had expired.I took it back (they didn't have more--it was a grocery store purchase) and forgot all about it until now. Anyone here try it?Sierra

Normally it's not that effective. I wouldn't bother with it. There are much

more effective supplements for less money.
