I need an accountant to Volunteer

Dear Listmates,

I have to ask for your help once again. We need an accountant or someone who

has knowledge in filing taxes for non-profit organizations. Can any of you help

us with this or does anyone have a relative who knows the California tax laws

that would be willing to do this? We don't want to spend any of the money

on anything other than things that will help the kids.

The other thing we need is a phone company to donate one hour a week of

conference call time for the Board of Directors. Since the board members are

spread all over the U.S. and Canada, this is the only way for us to conduct

meetings. Please contact me if you have any ideas to help with these requests.

Can the phone cards that one can purchase at Costco, Sam's Club, etc. be used

for this? The per minute charge on these cards is very cheap.
