I very carefully dissolved the b12 most of the day today, and the binders were very visable. They stuck to the side of the shot glass and/or floated on top of the b12, but they would not settle to the bottom. I didn't know how to drain the vitamin without getting the binders too, so I drained the mixture through a paper towel, but the towel soaked up a lot of the liquid leaving very little b12 behind. What do you do? If I leave the binders in, I think they would clog up the spray bottle. There'e no way one really can measure the dose when inhaling this mixture. I think the only way I can gage it is by taking it and then seeing how I feel after, etc. Will look into the link when I have more time. Thanks for all the responses.
