For 18 months I've been getting the 16 oz. bottle (about $8.25) of organic

flaxseed oil from Vitamin World and although not refrigerated in the store, I

have not had a problem. I find it to be a very high quality product and am

very pleased with it.

We tried flaxseed oil early on and in our second round of food allergy

screens (Meridian Labs) -( we did the exoctic foods screen as well) noted

an elevated reading for flaxseed. We were having trouble with high

Eosinophils at that time and were advised to stop it.

Seemingly good health foods/products can also cause allergy responses as

well.
