Guest guest
, It's really more like 3/4 can of tuna, not the whole can, which works out to be about 28 grams of protein, usually for one of my 300 calorie meals. I usually eat 3 meals that are approx. 200 cal, and 3 meals that are approx. 300 cal, which equals approx. 1500 cal/day. Like I said, I don't really count calories, just follow the portion sizes recommended in BFL. I will, however, occasionally measure and count calories for one day, just to make certain my portions are staying within the correct parameters. Otherwise, my " fist " -size portions tend to grow bigger. Jen > > Thanks Jen. I am trying to do the calorie thing too, but I guess I > underestimated a little. I am 5'5 and 110ish.
