I'm going to try replacing the ascorbic acid with lemon juice -- I think that might help it taste closer to the real thing. Thanks again for the recipe. Donna Tofu Yogurt Hi Donna, I found this recipe. 8oz soft tofu 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp. ascorbic acid powder (I think that's Vit C ?) sweeten to taste Blend the tofu, vanilla, ascorbic acid and sweetener until smooth. Actually, I didn't get the butterscotch, but I did find one (Spectrum Essentials Veg-Omega 3) that is flavored with cinnamon, and it's wonderful mixed with the soy yogurt.
