I'm curious about those of you who are at the weight you want to be at....

could you give us an example of what kind of dieit you ate while loosing

and what kind of diet you are following now to maintain. I know we aren't

supposed to focus on weight but th at it will come but I'm kind of curious

and I'm sure other newbies are as well. It may help some to get on the

right track. I heard say on taebo tv that this can't be a fad, it

must become a lifestyle. I believe that is accurate.

I just saw an ad for people needed for herbalife. They want people to lose

10 - 30 pounds in 30 days. Has anyone tried this stuff? I would like to

look half decent for the beach. We are leaving May 21. I HATE my thighs

and they are the first to gain and the last to lose!

My next question is how is related to ? I saw a message on the

board that she was his daughter. If that's the case, she looks nothing like

him and is a little pale! I don't mean that to be rude but I'm darker than

she is and I'm not African American or Italian or Hispanic etc. ( not that

I know of anyway! lol). Seeing that on the message board has caused me to

be confused! I know it doesn't take much even on a good day!
