Tina, I printed this from FEAT - the last sentence lists some celebrities who are supporting autism charities. I thought you might want to pass it along if we are still looking for a celebrity spokesperson. Hollywood Stars to Fund MMR Vaccine Research Research into possible links between the MMR vaccine and the reported rise in autism is to be funded by one of Britain's leading authors and some famous Hollywood stars, reports the ish newspaper, the Herald. Nick Hornby, author of Fever Pitch and High Fidelity, which won him international acclaim, has given £11,000 to the charity Visceral. The author, who has an autistic eight-year-old son, has been joined by Travolta, Clint Eastwood, Denzel Washington and Bruce Willis, who are also supporting autism charities. * * * Tina M.
