Guest guest
Tina, It sucks to have to care for a sick baby and mommy too. Don't be too hard on yourself. Can you maybe workout later in the day or evening? That way you get sleep and workout. I find that I CANNOT get up so early with my son waking (teething) so much lately and just work out at a later time, even if it is not on a empty stomach, it is still working (my arms and legs are burning proof) Good at sticking to the program, I notice that when I am more tired and run down I crave more carbs and especially bread and pasta pasta pasta. Just keep strong and don't give you to the craving, you'll feel better for it. Des Okay here it is, This week has been rough. My nine month old daughter is sick and not sleeping well at all. Which means I don't sleep either. So getting out of bed at 4:45AM doesn't happen. Which means I don't make it to the gym. In an effort to not sabotage the whole challenge, I am trying to stick to the nutrition part of it. Which is getting really hard. I crave things like macaroni and cheese, McD's (I love McD's), Ramen noodles... anything that is loaded with carbs. The only thing that is keeping me from eating that junk is the fact that all my pants are loose! YEHAW! But I really need some encouragement! I am hoping to make it in the morning. It depends on wether or not I get to sleep before 3:00am or not. Tina W. ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
