Hi . We're going to the location at 1901 Babcock. We see a neurosurgeon in San , Dr. Rose Genusso. I'm not a big fan of hers, though. She's very stiff and unpersonable. Kylie has a flat spot on her right side. She has minimal facial assymetry but it is causing her to have lots of ear infections. She was born with a perfectly round head but with the torticollis, she always had her head in the same position and her head flattened out. We did physical therapy for the tort but her head is not rounding out on its own the way they had hoped so now we're trying the helmet.

Hi ,

Welcome to the group. So what kind of PT are you doing for the tort? The bands are not investigational. We have tons of info in the insurance section to help with your appeal.

So how did the appt go?
