Guest guest
Our 3-year-old son has been on Valrex for 11 days and has had setbacks in several areas. He's less co-operative, kind of aimless and seems to have a very mild fever much of the time. He goes from lethargic to being full of energy. He's ignoring people whom he usually greets with delite when they walk in the room. His ears have been red some of the time and his eyes sort of glassy. His TV watching habits have kind of reverted to the days when he was chugging 8 bottles of milk a day. When he seems really out of it, we give him a bit of children's advil and he seems to respond a bit. We have had no signs of extreme discomfort or hyperactivity. So far it has been manageable and we're looking forward to him coming out of it brighter and more alert. > Valtrex was horrible for my son.
