Uh-oh, I think I hit a 11 on the cardio this morning

Everything was going fine. I was using the treadmill. I had done all my other

levels and was finally on my 10, then with 10 seconds to go all of a sudden,

my stomach erupts. (Luckily, I made it to the garbage can in the gym's private

tanning room before it was too late, also luckily I workout in the am and don't

eat beforehand, so it was pretty moderate).

I felt fine immediately before and after, so, did I hit an 11 or is there some

problem here I should be concerned about. Nothing like this ever happened

before in a workout (except after doing an inordinate number of 12 ounce

curls <g>).
