Fibromyalgia

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia recently. I have had terrible sleep patterns

ever since my first child was born. They worsened with age I think because of

the FM. I was one of the lucky ones, in that, once the doctor put me on a

medicine called Flexeral ( a muscle relaxant) I would no longer wake to use the

bathroom. After about two weeks of good REM 4 sleep, I no longer had any aching

in my joints. My husband will even spring for a movie now, because I don't fall

asleep every time I stop moving.
