We are starting the dietary changes for our 4 year 10 month old son. I am

looking for a viable sugar substitute. I found something called Whey low. It

is made with lactose. What part of milk protiens / sugars are we trying to

avoid? Does anyone know if this product is safe for our kids? It has a 1 to 1

exchange in recipes, does anyone know of any other substitutes that have a 1 to

1 exchange ratio?
