Guest guest
Debbie, That is wonderful news! I know that you and Tommy are both relieved that the biopsy is over, and particularly that the results were so encouraging. I'm sure that you will feel better also, now that some of the stress if off. Take Care,

Guest guest
Way to go !!!!!! There's nothing a mommy/stylist can't do!!! [ ] great news Hi List, This morning I had my first meeting to discuss the Dan conference with my pediatrician. He was all ears and asked me alot of questions. Thanks to many of you on the list ,I had the appropriate answers for him .He is ordering all of the tapes from the conference.I told him that there were no Dan doctors in the state of NH and would he be interested in becoming one.He said he had to review all the information first and even do his own research.I told him alot of the dirty work has already been done and that I would be glad to help him if he has questions he needs answered as far as where to look. He is willing to do the bloodwork to check on my sons liver and kidneys after 4 to 5 rounds of dmsa/ala. All in all I think he may come on board as a Dan doc after perusing the info.I was very pleased with myself that I didn't get emotional and that I just stuck to relaying the information from the research findings of the doctors at the conference. Guest guest
I am so happy for you and Lucas! There have been appointments with Jenna where we felt her head and could tell it was improving. Even without change in circumference, we could feel a improvement. Does he take any measurements? Jennas diagonals have improved without much change in circumference. We too were hoping Jenna would be done by her 1st birthday. She didn't make it(Jan. 12th). I am just pleased she is still improving. We are so excited for Lucas that there has been change. He will be done soon. Guest guest
No there are usually no measurements taken until they are done. Although with Lucas in a second band they did. I think if I ask for measurements they will take them. Yes I have been really depressed about not being done by his b-day. I just keep telling myself that this is good though b/c more chance for change. I really really HATE that stupid helmet. It has just been a sudden thing, it was not like this until a few days ago. I often just want to take all my frustrations out on it.....LOL. Guest guest
Loved your post, it reminded me of when I didn't dare say anything right away on the message boards after testing the enzymes and was planning to wait at least a few weeks. Then this DeFelice person posted asking if anyone else had tried the new Houston enzymes yet! So I fessed up. It will have been two years ago this Monday that we started enzymes. I believe my first post also contained the words NO REACTION in big letters! > I did it. I made oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Now the only thing with gluten in these cookies was the oatmeal itself. Everything else was rice flour, gfcf margarine, gfcf chocolate chips from Kirkman Labs., gfcf vanilla extract, etc. NO REACTION. Granted I gave one
