Guest guest
Hello all, I will be talking with Sharrie which I greatly appreciate! I am also wondering if anyone has any knowledge and/or experience with a client with Sleep State Misperception -- I strongly suspect. She actually appears to dose off during the training -- which I leave alone but when we are done she is immediately awake and active. Sleep State Misperception Many people will sleep most of the night and believe they didn't sleep at all. Sleep State Misperception can cause anxiety which increases the symptoms. All night sleep recordings show normal sleep, but the next morning the patient will report not sleeping. -- Warm Regards, Lindsey
Guest guest
I have often used a product called ZEO - a sleep monitor. Not second by second resolution but indicate sleeps states. //Peder Peder H.
