Referral: Tucson /Phoenix AZ area

Client need evaluation to discern whether her cognitive disability is

from a stroke or TBI. She lives in the Tuscon/ Phoenix, AZ area.

In my report to her attorney, I recommended that the client have a

SWI and DTI scan, neurospychological testing, and QEEG. I wrote

that it is important that these test need to be done by a

neurologist and neuropsychologist with this type of background (

stroke/ TBI), along with a clinician who can do a QEEG.

Can anyone referred anyone in those field in the Tucson/ Phoenix

area? If not, where would you recommend? We need this done ASAP.
