Binders in the b12

Hi Gail,

You must have different binders or different water than I have. Mine

just sank to the bottom and it was easy to pour off the red liquid. I

just watched another Schulze video last night and he said only

to use distilled water because it has greater solvent power. I just

used my well water and it seemed ok for this use.

Just try using some sort of fairly dense, non-absorbant fabric to strain

it. Like a nylon stocking? I don't wear those much anymore because

styles have changed but I buy cheap knee-high nylon stockings to strain

out lint from the washing machine water. That could work without

absorbing the b12. Maybe two layers?

This B12 thing is wildly important as we age and especially if we have

any sort of digestive glitches. Absorbing and using B12 is very

complicated with lots of steps. I got to take care of my 93-year-old

father-in-law a few years ago who was well into " alzeimers " . Who

knows. When he got here, I started having him rub in the B12/dmso goo

" for his joints " . My husband and his family are Christian Science which

has made me go to extreme lengths to repair stuff without medications.

By the time I passed him back to the other family members, he had

improved dramatically and we had long talks about his life and marriages

and stuff. The other family members kept losing the goo, couldn't

understand that it did something significant and the rest of his life

wasn't pretty.
