Wow! Not that I'd want one hoofing around in my house, but what a terrible

shame to kill them!

I was thinking - Okay - how did 6,000 camels get to be where people are? Is

this an aftermath of the big fire they had? Why would they kill them all?

Sounds like drought has driven them to desperation. There just has to be a

better solution than slaughtering them all, one would hope.

Yeah, but dang!! 1 million camels in Australia?? That seems like an insane

amount. Can't they hunt them? Or eat them like deer? Or use the fur or

something?? Letting them rot seems like a very smelly situation too. :)
