Guest guest
Hello everyone, My name is Terry, i live " up north " , near St Helen, Michigan. I was diagnosed with hep c in april 2005, and began interferon and ribavirin therapy in May. In November my blood counts got down to an unsafe range and my doctor had me stop for a bit over a month. I resumed in December and finished in the begining of May of this year. On November first i went back for my six month follow up results. Unfortunately, the treatment did not work, and i still have the virus. So, my doctor tells me i am out of options at this time. Live in a liver healthy manner, and enjoy what time you have, were his words. Anyway, so much for an intro....i have a few questions that i have not been able to find answers to on the net or in the literature, or have found conflicting answers. Firstly, how long does the virus survive outside the body? Secondly, what is the best way to kill the virus on a bloodied anything? bleach? alcohol? peroxide? something other? Thirdly, does milk thistle really help in liver health? Lastly, are there herbal or other alternative cures that really do work or help? Thank you in advance for any helpful answers.
