There are synovial cysts as well as rheumatoid nodules and I'm not at all sure

what the difference is. I think a synovial cyst behind the knee is called a

Baker's cyst and some others are called Ganglion Cysts. I have cysts or nodules

on nost of my fingers and I had a large ganglion cyst about the size of an egg

removed from my right wrist about a year ago. So far it hasn't started to come

back. A smaller one on my left wrist has now disappeared by itself. I also

have cysts or nodules on both elbows but so far nothing noticeable on my legs or

feet.
