I'm sure everyone who could get home was glad to fight the traffic, drive in

snow and then get to relax. Yeah, right. My Bobby came here today and it was

good to see him get outside of his house. I think he was cheered up a bit, too.

Wish I could kiss his bo bo and make it all go away. Josh (from the commercial)

was here with his lovely fiancee. Everyone pitched in and all I had to do was

wrap gifts, but even that is too much a chore these days. I shouldn't complain,

the weather was nice, I have a roof over my head, it stopped raining and the sun

came out. Now we are off to our other son's house, where everyone will gather

to exchange gifts. The men traditionally smoke their cigars, it's a ritual. I

hope everyone is having a jolly good time.

Hi Lottie:  Glad you had a nice Christmas.  We had a very quiet day.  I made

a Turkey Dinner with all the fixings, and my daughter came over with her

boyfriend.  We had a nice dinner, and opened gifts.  We kept it a lot simpler

this year, and tryed to get into the real meaning of Christms.  Then after

dessert, we pulled out the Monopoly Game.  We played till 2:00 in the

morning.  We could not believe the time.  Always enjoyed the good old

fashioned board games where people actually conversed across the table.

Did not get to see my Mom because of the storm we had here, so we are

having a Belated Christmas up at her house this week.  Holiday has turned out

very busy.

Today I am exhausted, and just relaxing so I can get ready for New

Years Dinner with my husbands family here at my house again.

Just hope everyone enjoyed the day and that everyone stayed safe if they

had to travel at all.  Happy New Beginnings in the New Year.
