Guest guest
I'm quite certain your viral load hasn't a thing to do with your need for a new liver, although a slightly used liver will do too eh.I was told the reason I'm still clear is that my viral load was way down..Boo -- Re: viral load - Morning Star Honey it is a crazy world we live in and trying to survive with HCV. Wow your VL is down to 65 thou your another Kathy Boo. VL's do fluctuate and it's amazing it would go down that far in ESLD. I would get a copy of my labs to make sure it was read correctly and ask my Dr about it. There are different tests for VL's how it is done - how sensitive some better than others and the reporting of it with different scales and measures. It is important to know what VL test was run and the same 1 used and compared to the last 1 done. He said, even if I am not listed and needed a liver, I would get one. Toots - I don't understand what your Dr meant by this. Your a fighter and a survivor. I hope and pray for all the best for you. Hang In There !!!!!!!!!!! Love and Hugs.
