Have to put my 2 cents worth in. I agree with Lottie. If a

relationship has the proper makeup, it will last through anything.

My husband has just been dx in May this year. We have been through a

lot in the last six months, but it has brought us closer and has not

polarized us. We are married 50 years and operated a business

together for 33 years----and lived through that. My heart does go

out to the young people I hear about who have this disease. It has

been eye-opening to me to read these blogs and see so many young

adults affected. I thought this was an old-person's disease. I can

see it is not. Thank God there are now treatments with hope for new

ones in the future.
